Millbrook Technologies (MT)MT is located in Nova Scotia, Canada and is owned by the Millbrook First Nation. Specializing in the customization of advanced technologies Millbrook Technologies has the ability to provide a wide range of IT services. MT was set up to enhance the capacity of aboriginal people, communities and organizations. We have been diligent and successful setting up strategic alliances with aboriginal communities and national organizations enabling them to seize existing and emerging opportunities by leveraging our technology. Centre for Suicide Prevention (CSP)The Centre for Suicide Prevention is a registered charitable non-profit organization serving thousands of people in Alberta, across Canada and around the world. The Centre for Suicide Prevention has three main branches - The Suicide Information & Education Collection is a special library and resource centre providing information on suicide and suicidal behaviour. The Suicide Prevention Training Programs branch provides caregiver training in suicide intervention, awareness, bereavement, crisis management and related topics. Suicide Prevention Research Projects advocates for, and supports research on suicide and suicidal behaviour. Assembly of First Nations (AFN)The AFN is the national organization representing First Nations citizens and the over 630 First Nations communities in Canada. The AFN Secretariat is designed to present the views of First Nations through their leaders in areas such as: Aboriginal and Treaty Rights, Economic Development, Education, Languages and Literacy, Health, Housing, Social Development, Justice, Taxation, Land Claims, Environment, and a whole array of issues that are of common concern which arise from time to time.
